Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m a digital marketer, designer, and a bit of a plant enthusiast—my house is filled with greenery, and I still can’t resist bringing home just one more. After moving to Vancouver Island from Surrey in 2023, I’ve fallen for island life. Summers are all about paddle boarding and soaking up the coast, and in the fall and spring, you’ll catch me exploring the local trails, happy to avoid the extreme heat or cold.
When I’m not working on a creative project, you’ll probably find me near the ocean or experimenting in the kitchen. Cooking is my creative outlet, and I’m always on the hunt for new recipes to try out (some go better than others!). The water is my safe space, it can calm me down in any situation and is one of the best places to regroup or to come up with new ideas. I have yet to seen a whale…and let me tell you, I am quite literally always on the lookout!

Graphic Design
With a solid educational foundation, I have cultivated a diverse and impactful career in graphic design and marketing. The journey began in a fast-paced real estate brokerage, where 2.5 years were spent as a Marketing Assistant. This role involved creating a wide range of materials including brochures, business cards, feature sheets, and postcards, honing skills in both design and understanding client needs in a competitive market.
In 2023, a move to Vancouver Island opened new opportunities, leading to a position as the Communications and Marketing specialist at a golf course. This year-long role expanded the scope to include digital marketing strategies, social media management, and event promotion, adding depth to an already robust skill set.
Currently, I am the Marketing Manager for a dynamic real estate team, bringing together years of industry-specific experience with cutting-edge marketing techniques. This role involves overseeing comprehensive marketing campaigns, brand management, and leveraging both traditional and digital platforms to achieve client goals.
This diverse background in graphic design and marketing across various industries forms the bedrock of Visionary Suite's approach. It allows us to offer not just design services, but strategic, industry-informed solutions that drive real results for our clients.
Education & Self Taught Journey
The foundation of Visionary Suite is built on a unique educational path that combines formal training with extensive self-directed learning. My journey began with an intensive six-month graphic design program, resulting in a Certificate with Distinction. However, what truly sets our approach apart is the wealth of knowledge and skills acquired through years of hands-on experience and self-taught expertise.

Through unwavering determination, countless hours of self-study, and a passion for staying at the forefront of design and marketing trends, they have cultivated a skill set that rivals and often surpasses that of traditionally educated peers.
